Theater-People and Performance-Art-People have often been at odds with each other... "acting" is usually the source of this battle. This section will look at some artists who have straddled both worlds. We'll read about and try some exercises designed to help build a character - how can a character be used strategically? Audaciously? Uncomfortably? Ridiculously?

These performances will not take place in Flagg Hall and they will probably not take place during our regularly scheduled class time.
